Edinburgh Uncorked 2026 with special guest Joe Wadsack

We have wines from all over the world including some off the beaten track countries and regions. Joe and Diana look forward to welcoming you to this unmissable day of wine, learning, and fun—just in time for summer 2026.

You can select from two available time slots: 12-3pm or 4-7pm. If you purchase an Early Bird Ticket by 1 September, you will also receive a complimentary Guided Tasting Masterclass along with your event entry. Tickets are from £26 which grants you the chance to taste and sample every wine featured at the event, plus some enticing offers which might tempt you to take your favorites home.

Who is Joe Wadsack?

Diana’s view – Joe is one of the most loveable, funny and outspoken people in the wine industry who I’ve known for over 30 years and we’re going to have so much fun at Edinburgh Uncorked!

The Official View – Joe Wadsack is the drinks expert on BBC TV’s ‘Food and Drink: Series 3’ with host Tom Kerridge. Joe studied winemaking in Bordeaux and has since worked as a wine buyer and consultant for a number of leading supermarkets. Joe’s other roles include Richard and Judy’s wine expert on Channel 4 as well as his own series ‘Great Wine Walks’ for UKTV’s Good Food Channel.

We are thrilled Joe will be coming up to Edinburgh to join us as our special guest for Edinburgh Uncorked 2026.
