Held in the magnificent Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh Uncorked brings together wine lovers and those keen to learn more in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Taste hundreds of wines from around the world, meet the people behind the bottles and discover exciting new favourites alongside familiar classics.

Whether you're taking your first steps into wine or already have a well-stocked cellar, Edinburgh Uncorked is all about making wine enjoyable, accessible and fun. Wander between exhibitors, compare styles, ask questions and enjoy the stories behind the wines.

Your ticket includes unlimited tasting throughout your session and the opportunity to book a programme of fantastic masterclasses which will be announced nearer the time. Throughout the day, Wine Events Scotland founder Diana Thompson and award-winning wine writer and Master of Wine Rebecca Gibb MW will be on hand to help guide you around the festival, answer your questions and share their passion and expertise.

Who is Rebecca Gibb MW?

Rebecca is one of the most respected and engaging voices in the wine world and we're delighted that she'll be joining us in Edinburgh for Edinburgh Uncorked 2027.

Her passion, expertise and approachable style have inspired wine lovers around the globe. An award-winning wine writer and Master of Wine, Rebecca is particularly renowned for her knowledge of New Zealand and Loire Valley wines and is the author of The Complete Guide to New Zealand Wine. She brings a wealth of knowledge combined with a warm and down-to-earth approach that makes wine both fascinating and accessible.
