It’s Scotland’s Sparkling Event of the Year! 

Fizz Feast is a time when literally hundreds of Champagne and sparkling wine corks will be popping.  We have sparkling wines from all over the world for you to taste as well as the chance to feast on an array of fabulous foods from artisan producers.

Now in it’s 10th year, Fizz Feast is a unique chance to meet the producers and experts who work with these sparkling wines and foods every day.  Many of the artisan food producers of course created them so it’s a fantastic opportunity to find out more about them.

The exhibitors are spread over two beautiful halls and every visitor will have the opportunity to taste their way around these sparkling wines and artisan food producers with the chance to pick up many offers on the day.

It’s a wonderful event and the best way to kick off the Festive Season whilst picking up some great gifts for friends, family or yourself!  The perfect Christmas Shopping Experience.

Masterclasses – Great Guided Tastings

Sit back while the fizz is brought to you and leading sparkling wine experts guide you through each tasting. Every session is lively, informative and full of stories behind the wines. Please note, to book a masterclass you’ll need a ticket for the Fizz Feast session in which it takes place.

First Session

Experience the House of Taittinger – Champagne Masterclass 12.30pm–1pm

Join Champagne Taittinger Family Brand Ambassador Ben Lynskey for a rare chance to taste three of the house’s most prestigious Champagnes side by side, culminating in its flagship Comtes de Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2014 (£160+). A truly spoiling masterclass, and an insight into why Taittinger, still family-owned and run from Reims, remains one of the most respected names in Champagne.

Sparkling Secrets – Surprises & Classics from Around the World 1:30pm 2pm

Some of the world’s most intriguing sparkling wines come from places you’d never expect. Join Wine Events Scotland’s Diana Thompson as she reveals a selection of more unusual sparkling wines, each deserving a place among your favourites, and each with a story worth hearing. Come with an open mind, and be prepared for a few bubbling surprises - it's going to be a sparkling adventure!

Second Session

A Sparkling Transatlantic Journey 4:30-5pm

Join Mark O’Bryen MW for an exclusive sparkling journey, exploring Taittinger’s prestigious estates in England and California. Taste Domaine Evremond, the house’s English sparkling wine, alongside Domaine Carneros Sparkling 2021 and the estate’s prestige cuvée, Le Rêve 2015. A rare chance to see Taittinger’s heritage expressed far beyond Champagne itself, from the chalk of Kent to the cool climate of Carneros.

Prosecco with Provenance - 5:30-6pm

Join Sabrina Bisiani of family-owned Casa Gheller, who is travelling from Italy especially for Fizz Feast, for a fascinating tasting of Prosecco with a true sense of place. Casa Gheller is based in Nogarè di Crocetta del Montello, on the doorstep of the UNESCO World Heritage Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Discover the distinct personalities of its different styles, including the stunning Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, for a real taste of these historic hills.
