As part of the run-up to our fourth annual Fizz Feast on Saturday 16 November at Edinburgh Academy, we’re giving you a brief introduction to the fabulous food and fizz exhibitors lined up to tantalise taste buds and please palates.
Of course, it’s not all about the Fizz at Fizz Feast – the ‘Feast’ part has to be catered to as well, which is why we are delighted to be welcoming Sardinian Food Specialities into the mix again this year.
Headed up by renowned chef Stefano Sanna, who caters for everything from large weddings to small, private parties, and specialises in supplying Sardinian foods, Sardinian Food Specialities will be serving up a selection of edible delights to visitors at Fizz Feast.
It might be the middle of November, but let us transport you to the sunny skies and blue seas of Sardinia at Fizz Feast. Be ready to be greeted by

a real flavour and the warmth of Sardinia through Stefano’s delicious and extensive selection of cured meats and Sardinian Crispy Bread. Most of these products are imported directly from Sardinia and Stefano is meticulous, only using the best ingredients available.
So, for an authentic taste of Italy, form an orderly queue and prepare to indulge yourself in some of Sardinia’s finest flavours. Buon appetito!
Fizz Feast is is a true Celebration of Sparkling Wine & Artisan Food on Saturday 16 November 2019 at The Edinburgh Academy, 42 Henderson Row, Edinburgh.
There are two sessions to choose from: 12-3pm and 4-7pm, and plenty of masterclasses.
