This sell out workshop turned out to be a fascinating history, geology and cultural experience as well as a superb wine tasting. Another hugely popular wine evening on the mezzanine at Le Di-Vin. The wines we tasted were from small producers in Australia's premium wine growing regions such as Clare, Yarra, Eden and Hunter Valleys.
